Greg was excellent! Came out himself in a very timely manner, in a minor emergency situation! Very appreciative!

Where do I begin….when I tell you five stars isn’t enough, it isn’t. Greg went above and beyond his duties as a tow truck driver.

My son and I were in a bad accident and were stranded on the interstate. Greg didn’t just up the vehicle and leave he picked us up as well. Upon arrival at his home/business he began making calls. He found out that no uber/lift was available and the “scheduled” replacement rental had never been scheduled. He immediately got on the phone and scheduled a replacement rental, then drove us in his personal vehicle to the nearest Enterprise Center, stayed with us until we were in a vehicle and headed to our destination. No one can convince me that Greg isn’t an Angel.

I was very grateful for the help I received from Rob. My suv had to be towed and he helped me out better than my own insurance agent. He was professional and patient with me. I’ll keep referring him!
